When do I collect information about you?

I may collect information about you when you send me email messages or other forms of electronic communication, enquire about, or place an order for my services, provide feedback or comments or complete surveys, meet me, connect professionally via social media, talk with me over the telephone.

How will I use the information about you?

I collect information about you to answer your enquiries, provide quotes, fulfill your orders, manage your account, prepare invoices to you, deliver services to you, and contact you about my services I think may be of interest to you.
I will not share your information for marketing purposes with Third Parties unless you give me permission to do so. See the section below on how I use Data Processors.

Data processors

Other than email service providers, accounting services and banking service providers I do not use Third Party Data Processors.
Your personal data transmitted to the Data Processors I use is limited to that required to perform the activities I have instructed them to do (e.g. send and receive email messages, keep my accounts, and process banking transactions).

Marketing

At times, I would like to send you information about my services which may be of interest to you. This may be through email or post, social media, phone or through meeting me face-to-face. I will keep information about you gathered through marketing contacts so that I can process your enquiries, your orders, manage your account, deliver any services to you, and contact you in future about my services I think may be of interest to you.
The personal information I collect may include your name, date of birth, address, email address and business-related contact details, your job title, the contact details of the company that you represent or employs you, if any.
You have the right at any time to stop me from contacting you for marketing purposes.

Record keeping

I have an appropriate record keeping policy, as required by law or deemed useful for conducting the business.
Access to the data held in my system is restricted.
Records are retained live for up to 7 years after last contact.
After that time, I might delete, anonymise, or archive in a safe location certain records held in my system.

Access to your information and correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that I hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information, please email me at the address listed in the Contact page.
I may make a charge for this service.
I also want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask me to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
